Stage 2: Physical Efficiency Test (PET)
For Male Candidates
- Lift and carry 35 kg weight for 100 meters in 2 minutes
- Run 1000 meters in 4 minutes 15 seconds
For Female Candidates
- Lift and carry 20 kg weight for 100 meters in 2 minutes
- Run 1000 meters in 5 minutes 40 seconds
Exemptions: PwBD, Ex-Servicemen, and CCAA candidates are exempt from PET.
