Contract Remuneration:
- Junior Software Developer: ₹42,000 per month
- Software Developer and Mobile Applications Developer: ₹65,000 per month
Eligibility Criteria:
- B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech in any stream, M.Sc. in Computer Science/IT, MCA, or ‘B’/’C’ Level course from DOE/NIELIT with 60% marks.
- OR M.Sc. in Physics/Mathematics/Statistics with 60% marks and PGDCA with 60% marks.
- For Software Developer positions, a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is required.
Key Skills:
- Knowledge of Software Development on .NET/Java
- For Java roles: Experience in Java (struts/spring), Oracle/SQL
- For .NET roles: Experience in .Net with MVC, SQL Technology

Evaluation Criteria for Selection of IT Professionals:
Test Structure:
Part-1: Domain Knowledge Test (Computerized)
- Max Marks: 50
- Location: Ambala/ Gurugram
Part-2: Practical and Interaction
- Total Max Marks: 50
- Domain Knowledge (Practical Written Test): 30 Marks
- Relevant Work Experience, Communication, Behavioral, Reasoning & Logical Ability (Interaction): 20 Marks
- Location: Panchkula/ Chandigarh
Passing Marks:
- 50% for General category of Haryana and all categories of other states.
- 45% for Reserved category of Haryana State.
Note:
- A candidate will be eligible to appear in Part-2 test only if he/she qualifies in the Part-1 test and is found eligible after scrutiny of documents.
- Candidates may download the admit card from the website.
- No separate communication will be sent to individuals.

As the test is designed to assess the domain knowledge in the fields of Software Development and Mobile Application Development, candidates are advised to prepare the following subjects:
For ASP.NET Developers:
- Basics of .NET Framework
- ASP.NET MVC Architecture
- Entity Framework
- Web APIs
- SQL Server and Database Concepts
- Front-end Technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
For JAVA Developers:
- Core Java Concepts
- J2EE, Struts, and Spring Frameworks
- Hibernate
- Web Services (SOAP, REST)
- Oracle/SQL Databases
- Front-end Technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
Practical Test:
- Assessment of hands-on skills in the relevant programming language.
- Candidates should be prepared to demonstrate their coding and problem-solving skills in a practical environment.
