The Office of the District and Sessions Judge, Faridabad invites applications from eligible candidates to fill 20 (Twenty) posts of Peon (Adhoc). These appointments are purely temporary and will be for a period of six months or till regular appointments are made by the Hon’ble Punjab and Haryana High Court, Chandigarh, whichever is earlier.

Important Note:
- Reservation is applicable only to candidates having Haryana domicile.
- Candidates belonging to reserved categories of other States/UTs will be treated as General category candidates.
- If suitable candidates from reserved categories are not available, reserved posts may be filled from General category candidates as per rules.
- The number of vacancies may increase or decrease due to creation or withdrawal of courts or administrative reasons. No separate notice will be issued for such changes.

Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Candidate must have passed Middle (8th) standard examination
- Must have knowledge of Hindi or Punjabi

- Minimum Age: 18 years
- Maximum Age: 42 years
Age relaxation for reserved categories will be applicable as per Government of Haryana rules.

Selection Process
- Selection will be made strictly as per amended Rule 7 of the
Haryana Subordinate Courts Establishment (Recruitment & General Conditions of Service) Rules, 1997
- Selection will be based on interview
- No written test is mentioned in the advertisement
