Selection Process
Part-I: Objective Test (MCQs)
- Tests legal aptitude, comprehension, and application of law
- Conducted in online mode
- Minimum Qualifying Marks: 60%
- Negative Marking: 0.25 marks for each wrong answer
Part-II: Subjective Written Test
- Tests writing and analytical skills
- Questions visible on computer screen
- Answers to be written in pen-paper mode
Part-III: Interview
- Candidates qualifying Part-I and Part-II will be called
- Interview ratio: 1:3 against tentative vacancies
- If large numbers qualify Part-I, Part-II answer sheets will be evaluated in 1:10 ratio

- Scribe must not be a law graduate
- Scribe qualification must be one level below the candidate
- Supporting documents must be produced during examination and verification
