Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
Two years full-time MBA in HR/IR, MSW, MA Social Work with HR/IR specialization.
Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations (PM&IR) from a recognized university/institution.
Candidates must have secured First Class or 60% aggregate marks in their post-graduation. A degree in Law or professional certification in HR is desirable.

Experience Requirement:
Officer HR Grade-II: Minimum 02 years post-qualification experience in a reputed organization, preferably in manufacturing.
Assistant Manager HR Grade-III: Minimum 04 years post-qualification experience in a reputed organization, preferably in manufacturing.

Pay Scale:
- Officer HR Grade-II: ₹40,000-1,40,000
- Assistant Manager HR Grade-III: ₹50,000-1,60,000
