Experience:
- Minimum 23 years post-qualification experience in Human Resources
- Exposure to Talent Acquisition, HR Policy, Industrial Relations, Labour Laws, Performance Management, Training & Development, Administration, Discipline Rules, HR Branding, and Compliance
Pay Criteria:
- PSU/Govt.: Minimum 2 years in IDA ₹1,00,000–2,60,000 or CDA Level 13A
- Private Sector: Minimum ₹44.32 LPA CTC

Deputy General Manager (HR)
Qualification:
MBA / PGDM with specialization in HR / Personnel Management / Industrial Relations / Labour Welfare
Experience:
- Minimum 11 years post-qualification experience in HR functions
Pay Criteria:
- PSU/Govt.: Minimum 2 years in IDA ₹60,000–1,80,000 or CDA Level 11
- Private Sector: Minimum ₹23.71 LPA CTC

DGM (Civil – Marine Structural Expert)
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
- Post-Graduation in Marine Structures / Coastal Engineering / Ocean Engineering
Experience:
- Minimum 11 years, including at least 7 years in design & construction of marine structures such as breakwaters, piling, dredging, shore protection, berths, reclamation, etc.
Pay Criteria:
- PSU/Govt.: Minimum 2 years in IDA ₹60,000–1,80,000 or CDA Level 11

Document Scrutiny
Interview (100 Marks)
Minimum Qualifying Marks:
- UR/EWS – 60%
