Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
Full-time regular Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Technology in the respective discipline.
Minimum aggregate marks of 65% for UR/EWS/OBC(NCL) and 55% for SC/ST/PwBD candidates (average of all semesters/years).
Valid GATE-2025 score in the relevant paper: Mechanical (ME), Electrical (EE), Chemical (CH).

Salary / Pay Scale
Pay Scale during one-year training: ₹40,000 - ₹1,40,000
Starting Basic Pay: ₹40,000 per month fixed, irrespective of prior experience.
Upon successful completion of training: Absorption as Junior Manager in E1 Grade with enhanced perks and allowances.
