Graduate Trainees: B.E./B.Tech in concerned engineering branch
Management Trainees (Geology): PG in Geology/Applied Geology
Management Trainee PersonnelWelfare: PG Degree/Diploma in Social Work/IRPMHR or MBA HR
Management Trainees (Marketing, Materials, Systems): Relevant MBA/PG Diploma or Engineering degree
Manager Survey: Graduate with Surveyors Certificate Unrestricted and minimum 2 years relevant experience in underground mining survey

Selection Process
