🔹 VP Wealth (SRM)
Qualification
- Mandatory: Graduation (Recognized University)
- Preferred: MBA (Finance/Banking/Marketing – 60%)
- Certifications preferred: NISM V-A, XXI-A, CFP, CFA
Experience
- Mandatory: 6 years in Sales & Marketing with Banks / Wealth Firms / AMCs
- Preferred: 6+ years as Relationship Manager in Wealth Management

🔹 AVP Wealth (RM)
Qualification
- Mandatory: Graduation
- Preferred: Post-Graduation in Finance / Banking / Marketing
- Certifications: NISM / CFP / CFA (Preferred)
Experience
- Mandatory: 3 years in Sales & Marketing (Banks / Wealth Firms / AMCs)
- Preferred: 3+ years as Relationship Manager

💰 Salary / CTC (Upper Range)
VP Wealth (SRM)
- CTC: ₹44.70 Lakh per annum
- Fixed Pay: ₹30.00 Lakh
- PLP: Up to 45% of Fixed Pay
AVP Wealth (RM)
- CTC: ₹30.20 Lakh per annum
- Fixed Pay: ₹20.00 Lakh
Customer Relationship Executive
- CTC: ₹6.20 Lakh per annum
- Fixed Pay: ₹4.00 Lakh
📈 Annual Increment: 0% – 25% (Performance Based)
📌 CTC is negotiable based on experience & current salary.

📝 Contract Period
- Initial Contract: 5 Years
- Renewable: Further 4 Years (at Bank’s discretion)
- Notice Period: 2 Months (Either Side)
