- Visit the office of Superintendent of Police, Nuh in person between 08-12-2025 to 24-12-2025 from 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM.

- Educational certificates
- Retirement/Service related documents
- Medical Fitness Certificate issued at the time of retirement
- Original copies of all documents for verification
- Submit the application directly at the SP Office, Nuh.
