- Step 1: Visit the apply online link https://apcap.in/ starting from December 16, 2025.
- Step 2: Register once using exact name as per HSLC Certificate, Father’s/Mother’s name, valid mobile number, Employment Exchange Number, Highest Qualification, Permanent District, Gender, Caste/Category, Date of Birth, and Aadhaar Number. Multiple registrations will lead to cancellation.
- Step 3: After registration, an Application ID will be generated. Use it to complete the form and upload required documents.
- Step 4: Submit the application on or before January 16, 2026.
- Step 5: Keep the Application ID safe and take a printout for records.
