Overview
The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has released Advertisement No.
14/2025 inviting applications for 102 prestigious posts including 100 vacancies for Examiner of Trade Marks & Geographical Indications in the Office of the Controller General of Patents, Designs & Trade Marks and 2 vacancies for Deputy Director Examination Reforms at UPSC itself.
Eligible candidates with relevant degrees can apply online from December 13, 2025 to January 1, 2026 via the official UPSC portal.
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
Examiner of Trade Marks & Geographical Indications: Degree in Law
Deputy Director Examination Reforms: Ph.D in any discipline in Humanities, Science, Commerce, Engineering Technology, or a professional course such as Law, Management, Finance, or Accounts.
Experience:
Examiner of Trade Marks & Geographical Indications: 02 years experience in handling Court cases and other legal matters or in handling matters of Trade marks and Geographical Indications.
Deputy Director Examination Reforms: Minimum 05 years post qualification experience in teaching at degree level, research, preparation of teaching learning material, curriculum development, educational testing, examination reforms development, administration of online examinations.
