Selection will be conducted through a written test followed by an interview.

Total Marks: 100
Aptitude Test: 50 Marks
Data Analytical Skill Test: 50 Marks
Minimum qualifying marks are 20 in each test.
Merit Criteria
Candidates will be ranked strictly on the basis of combined marks obtained in both tests. Final selection will be based on merit.

Salary, Contract Period and Increment Details
The selected Consultant will receive a consolidated monthly salary of ₹65,000.
An annual increment of 7 percent may be granted if the performance is rated as “Very Good”. No increment will be awarded in case of unsatisfactory performance.
The appointment is purely contractual and does not confer any right to regular government employment.

Leave Rules for Consultant Post
One Casual Leave per month is admissible with approval of the competent authority.
Unused Casual Leave can be carried forward within the same calendar year.
No other leave is permissible except Leave Without Pay in exceptional cases.

Termination and Service Conditions
Either party may terminate the contract by giving one month’s notice.
In lieu of notice, salary equivalent to the notice period may be deposited.
The contract may be terminated without notice in cases of misconduct, inefficiency, or unsatisfactory performance.
The Consultant may be transferred or deputed to any location as per administrative requirement and may be required to work on holidays or beyond office hours without additional remuneration.
