Eligibility/Qualifications:
- The candidates should have passed 10th class and ITI in the respective trade (regular candidate) in the years 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, or 2023.
- Age relaxation is applicable as per rules: 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC (Non-Creamy layer), and 10 years for PWD candidates (VH/HH/OH) in their category.
Training Duration:
- The duration of the training is one year.
Additional Terms and Conditions:
- Stipend as per provisions of the Apprentice Act 1961 (Rs. 7000/- Per Month).
- Candidates must have a domicile of Uttarakhand.
- Candidates should be eligible with respect to age criteria and educational qualification as on the closing date.
- There will be no employment in THDCIL after completion of apprenticeship training.
- The selection will be based on merit drawn from marks obtained in the ITI examination. In case of tie, higher age will be given preference.
- Required documents include SSC/Matriculation Marks sheet and Certificate, ITI marks with Certificate, Proof of date of birth, Caste Certificate (if applicable), etc.
- Candidates who have already undergone or are currently undergoing apprenticeship training under the Apprentice Act 1961 in any other establishment are not eligible.
