Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
CSA: Graduation or Post Graduation in any discipline
PO Generalist, Specialist Officers Scale-I: Graduation or Post Graduation in any discipline
Risk Officer (Scale-I): MBA Finance OR Master Degree in Mathematics/Statistics/Econometrics
Chartered Accountant (Scale-I): Qualified Chartered Accountant from ICAI
IT Officer (Scale-I): B.E./B.Tech CS/TEC or MCA or DOEACC B level
Law Officer (Scale-I): LLB, enrolled as Advocate with Bar Council
Credit Officer (Scale-I): Graduation and Full-time 2-year MBA/MMSPGD/MGDBM Finance
Agricultural Field Officer (Scale-I): 4-year Degree in Agriculture or allied fields
HR Officer (Scale-I): Graduation and 2-year Full-time PG Degree/Diploma in HR/IR/Labour Law
Manager-IT (Scale-II): Same as IT qualification for Scale-I post, with minimum 2 years experience as an IT Officer in Bank/FI
Manager-Risk (Scale-II): MBA Finance or Master in Maths/Stats/Econometrics, with minimum 2 years experience in Risk Management in Bank/FI/NBFC
Manager-CA (Scale-II): Qualified Chartered Accountant, with minimum 2 years post-CA experience
Manager-Law (Scale-II): LLB enrolled as Advocate, with minimum 2 years experience in Bank/FI or 3 years practice including 1 year in Bank/FI
Manager-Security Officer (Scale-II): Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, with minimum 5 years experience as a Commissioned Officer in Armed/Paramilitary Forces

Minimum Age: 21 years
Maximum Age:

- Manager-Security Officer Scale-II: Up to 45 years (as on November 30, 2025)
