Educational Qualification:
- Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) with at least one year of post-qualification experience in Company Secretariat of any listed or unlisted company. Articleship/training period is not counted.

Maximum Age: 29 years as on December 31, 2025 (as per Government of India guidelines)
