Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
Assistant Manager (E1/E2): Graduates in Plantation Management, Engineering, Agriculture, Bio-Science, Science, Arts, Commerce, preferably with a postgraduate degree or diploma in HR/Personnel Management, Management, and Agriculture Science.
Officer Sales & Marketing: Graduate Degree in Plantation Management, Engineering, Agriculture, Bio-Science, Science, Arts, Commerce, preferably with a postgraduate degree or diploma in relevant fields.
Assistant General Manager/Manager Legal (E4/E5): Full-time LL.B. Degree from a recognized university approved by the Bar Council of India.

- Assistant Manager (E1): Approx. Rs. 60,000 per month incl. DA and Conveyance/Mobile as per rules
- Assistant Manager (E2): Approx. Rs. 75,000 per month incl. DA and Conveyance/Mobile as per rules
- Officer Sales & Marketing: Approx. Rs. 65,000 per month incl. DA/HRA and Conveyance (1400-2400) /Mobile Rs. 500
- Assistant General Manager/Manager Legal (E4/E5): Approx. Rs. 1,310,980 per month Basic+DA+HRA, Other allowances approx. Rs. 24K-17K incl. Conveyance, Mobile, PF
