Download the application form and fill it in block letters with all personal, educational, and experience details.
Scan and attach self-attested copies of required documents: one recent passport size photo, date of birth certificate (10th), EWSSCSTOBC certificate if applicable, MBBS degree marksheets, attempt certificate, internship completion certificate, medical registration certificate, NOC from present employer if employed, MCINMC eligibility screening test certificates for foreign graduates, PG degree certificate and marksheets.
Submit the completed form and documents to neigrihms.recruitment@gmail.com on or before December 15, 2025 (8th cutoff).
