Applications must be submitted by Ordinary Post or Speed Post only in the prescribed format typed or neatly hand-written on A4 paper. Follow these steps:
- Download the application form from the official website or use the provided format.
- Fill the form completely, sign it with a Left Hand Thumb Impression, and paste a self-attested passport size photograph signature running through photo and form.
- Enclose attested photocopies of Educational Qualifications, Mark Sheets, Age Proof, Experience Certificate with details like period, organization, salary, nature of work, signatory details, Category Certificate if applicable, and other relevant documents.
- Attach four unsigned passport size photographs and two self-addressed unstamped envelopes 25 cm x 12 cm.
- Place in a separate envelope 28 cm x 13 cm for each post, super-scribed with APPLICATION FOR DEPARTMENTAL CANTEEN POSTS, CHENNAI CUSTOMS and indicate NAME OF THE POST APPLIED FOR and CATEGORY on top left corner.
- Send to: The Additional Commissioner of Customs Establishment, Office of the Commissioner of Customs General, Custom House, No. 60, Rajaji Salai, Chennai - 600 001 to reach by December 31, 2025.
