Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
Electrician, Mechanic Diesel, Machinist, and Fitter: 10th Pass or Intermediate with ITI/NCVT/SCVT in the respective trade.
Welder GE: 8th Class Pass with ITI in Welding.
Age Limit:
Minimum Age: 15 years
Maximum Age:
- For Welder GE Trade: 22 years
- For all other trades: 24 years (as on the date of application)
Age Relaxation:
- SC/ST: 3 years
- OBC (NCL): 2 years
- PwBD: 10 years

Notification Release: December 1, 2025
Application Start Date: December 1, 2025, at 01:00 PM
Last Date to Apply: December 22, 2025, up to 05:00 PM for general areas; extended till December 29, 2025, for far-flung areas

Salary / Pay Scale
- Stipend:
- First Year of Training: ₹7,000 per month
- Second Year of Training: ₹7,700 per month
- Third Year of Training: ₹8,050 per month
