Educational Qualification and Experience
Senior Manager (F&A)
- CA / ICWA (CMA) Final Passed
- Minimum 7 years of post-qualification experience in Finance, Accounts or Audit
- Experience counted only after completing essential qualification
Manager (F&A)
CA / ICWA (CMA) Final Passed with minimum 3 years post-qualification experience
For existing MSEDCL employees: B.Com + MBA (Finance) or M.Com is acceptable
Experience counted only after completing essential qualification
Deputy Manager (F&A)
All degrees must be from a recognized University/Institute approved by the Government of India.

Senior Manager (F&A): Maximum 40 years
Manager (F&A): Maximum 40 years
Deputy Manager (F&A): Maximum 35 years
Age Relaxation:
- Backward Class (only for reserved posts): +5 years
- Persons with Disabilities: up to 45 years
- Departmental Candidates: up to 57 years
- Meritorious Sportspersons / Orphan Category: +5 years (maximum 43 years for sportspersons)

Salary Structure
Senior Manager (F&A)
Rs. 97,220 – 3,745 – 1,15,945 – 4,250 – 2,09,445 per month
Manager (F&A)
Rs. 75,890 – 2,995 – 90,865 – 3,250 – 1,68,865 per month
Deputy Manager (F&A)
Rs. 54,505 – 2,580 – 67,405 – 2,715 – 1,37,995 per month
