Pay the application fee online through payment gateway ₹250 or ₹500 as applicable.

Selection Process
Written Test: Objective MCQs in General Awareness, Mathematics, Mental Ability, Music/Singing; 50 Marks; Negative Marking ⅓ per wrong answer; Minimum qualifying marks of 40%
Practical Demonstration: Talent Test in relevant field (Percussion Instrument Player or Classical Singer); 35 Marks
Testimonials/Certificates/Awards: Confirmation of talent and experience; 15 Marks
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
Passed 12th with minimum 50 marks from a recognized Board (not required for SC/ST and Ex-Servicemen)
OR Matric Course Completed Act Apprenticeship
OR Matric ITI NCVT/SCVT approved
Professional Essential Requirements:
Percussion Instrument Player: Degree/Diploma/Certificate in Percussion instruments like Tabla, Dholak from a Government recognized University/Institute.
Classical Singer Male/Female: Degree/Diploma/Certificate in Classical Singing from a Government recognized University/Institute.
Desirable Requirements:
3 years experience
Awards at State/National level
Proficiency in Hindi songs
Participation in AIR/Doordarshan events
