Eligibility Criteria
1. Assistant Professor (Engineering/Design)
- Ph.D. in relevant discipline
- First class at Bachelor’s and Master’s levels
- Shortlisting will be based on Academic Score (Table-III of brochure)
2. Assistant Professor (Sciences, Humanities, Arts)
Ph.D. in relevant subject
First class at Bachelor’s and Master’s levels
NET/SLET/SET mandatory
Exemption from NET/SLET/SET for Ph.D. registered before 11 July 2009 subject to:
3. Associate Professor
- Ph.D. in relevant field
- First class at UG & PG levels
- Minimum 8 years experience as Assistant Professor or equivalent
- Minimum 7 publications in SCIE/SSCI/AHCI/ABDC journals
- Minimum 75 research score (as per Table-IV)
4. Professor
- Ph.D. in relevant field
- First class at UG & PG levels
- Minimum 10 years teaching/research experience
- Evidence of Ph.D. guidance
- Minimum 10 SCIE/SSCI/AHCI/ABDC publications
- Minimum 120 research score (as per Table-IV)

Reservation Policy
- As per Chandigarh Administration roster
- OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) certificate must be issued on or after 01.04.2025
- 5% relaxation in qualifying marks for SC/OBC (NCL) candidates

Consolidated Salary (Per Month)
