Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
Graduation in any discipline from a University/Institution recognized by the Government of India/Government bodies/AICTE.
Preferred: Post Graduate Diploma/MBA in any discipline. Legal background preferred for Compliance Manager.

Additional Requirements:
Post-qualification work experience as specified per post cumulative of 5 to 15 years in relevant industries like Bank, NBFC, Financial Services, with 2 to 10 years in debt collection/recovery/portfolio management/compliance/complaints/vendor/process/call center activities.
Satisfactory credit history (minimum CIBIL score 680 at joining).
No adverse character reports.
Willingness to serve anywhere in India.
