Qualifications & Experience Required:
- Ex-Servicemen/Paramilitary/Police Force Personnel:
- Minimum 15 years of service.
- Rank of Ex-Havaldar or equivalent.
- Graduation or equivalent qualification.
- Civilian Candidates:
- Graduation from a recognized university.
- NCC āCā certificate.
- Minimum 5 years experience in security at large organizations/hotels/hospitals/airports.
- Good public relations skills.
- All Candidates:
- Valid driving license for LMV and two-wheelers.
- Mandatory submission of discharge book and driving license copies.
Age Limit:
- Maximum 30 years for civilian candidates as on the date of interview.
- Ex-servicemen discharged or retired in the last 3 years are eligible.
General Conditions:
- Age and experience reckoned as on date of interview.
- Age relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/Ex-Servicemen as per Government norms.
- Deployment may rotate within TMC units in the same state.
- Consolidated Salary: Rs. 35,400/- per month.
- Required Documents: Birth certificate, educational certificates, experience certificates, PAN card, bank details, discharge book.
- Police Verification Certificate required within one month of joining.
- Selection process includes a right to fix eligibility standards and number of candidates.
- Canvassing in any form will lead to disqualification.
- The post is on a contract basis through a third party.
