Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
A degree in Technology or Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Architecture from a recognized institution.
Preference given to candidates with minimum 2 years of service in the Territorial Army or holding an NCC B Certificate.

Complete OTR (One Time Registration) if not already done.
Fill Part-I, Part-II, and Part-III of the online application form, upload required documents, and pay the fee online before December 3rd, 2025.
Save copies of all stages: OTR, fee receipt, final form. Hard copies with self-attested certificates to be sent later as per commissions press note.
Corrections allowed till December 10th, 2025.
