Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
Project Scientists (E, III, II, I): Post Graduate or B.E./B.Tech in Physics, Mathematics, Meteorology, Atmospheric Science, Electronics Instrumentation, ECE, Environmental Science, Remote Sensing, Computer Science, Information Technology, etc.
Scientific Assistant: Bachelor’s Degree in Science with Physics OR Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Computer Applications, Electronics, ECE, Telecom, Instrumentation, IT, or Communication Engineering
Admin. Assistant: Bachelor’s Degree and Passed Computer Proficiency Test
Age Limit:
Minimum Age: Not specified
Maximum Age: Varies by post (as on December 14, 2025)
- Project Scientist E: 50 years
- Project Scientist III: 45 years
- Project Scientist II: 40 years
- Project Scientist I: 35 years
- Scientific Assistant: 30 years
- Admin. Assistant: 30 years
