Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification:
- For Manager: Minimum 60% in Graduation and MBA/PGDBA in Finance or Chartered Accountants (CA). Minimum 4 years of experience required.
- For Management Trainee: Minimum 60% in Graduation, and Post-Graduation in Finance or CA. Final year students expecting results by June 01, 2024, are also eligible.
- Age Limit (as on January 01, 2024):
- Manager: ST - 39 years, OBC NCL - 37 years
- Management Trainee: SC/ST - 33 years, OBC NCL - 31 years, PwBD additional relaxations applicable.
Selection Process
- The selection will involve an Online Test and Personal Interview. The test will have both objective and descriptive questions.
- The Online Test centers include cities like Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Bhopal, Bhubaneshwar, and others. Interviews will be held in Mumbai and/or New Delhi.
