Metal and Steel Factory Ishapore, a unit under Yantra India Limited (a Government of India Enterprise), is recruiting 15 Apprentices for one year of apprenticeship training. The positions include Graduate Apprentices and Diploma Technician Apprentices with applications open until December 7, 2025.

Minimum Age:
- For Diploma Holders: 18 years
- For Graduates: 21 years
Maximum Age:
- For Diploma Holders: 22 years (as on closing date)
- For Graduates: 25 years (as on closing date)
Age Relaxation:
- SC/ST: 05 years
- OBC (NCL): 03 years
- PwBD: 10 years

Application Fee
No fee shall be charged from the candidates applying for Graduate or Diploma Apprenticeship Training.
Salary / Pay Scale
- Monthly Salary Stipend:
- For Graduate Apprentices: ₹10900 per month.
- For Diploma Technician Apprentices: ₹12300 per month.
Selection Process
The selection process will be based on the merit list and vacancy positions advertised. Final merit lists will be prepared considering reservation breakup, if any, in descending order of percentage of marks obtained by the candidates in the respective field in graduate or diploma courses. Shortlisted candidates, as per vacancies listed, will be called for document verification.

Eligible candidates must register themselves on the NATS Portal and then apply for Graduate or Diploma Apprenticeship Training through the NATS Web Portal. Candidates are advised to indicate their active mobile number and valid e-mail ID in the online application and keep them active during the entire engagement process as all important messages will be sent by email/SMS.
