Overview
The Indian Institute of Management IIM Shillong invites online applications from eligible Indian citizens for recruitment to various Administrative Positions including Manager and Assistant Manager to fill up 4 vacancies. This opportunity is open until December 5, 2025, for qualified professionals in finance, accreditation, and IT infrastructure.
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
Manager Finance and Accounts: Associate Member of ICAI/ICMAI; Minimum 8 years post-qualification experience in Finance and Accounting in Govt. PSU or equivalent in Industry.
Manager Accreditation - on Contract: Masters Degree with a minimum of 60 marks; Minimum 5 years relevant experience in academic administration, quality assurance, or accreditation experience with AACSBE/QUIS/AMBANAACNBA preferred.
Assistant Manager IT Infrastructure: BE/B.Tech/MCA with a minimum of 55 marks; Minimum 6 years experience, including 4 years at Pay Level-4 or above, or currently in Pay Level-6 in Govt. PSU or equivalent.

Apply online through the IIM Shillong Recruitment Portal from October 28, 2025.
Fill the online form and pay the application fee if applicable. Print the submitted form.
Prepare and send the hard copy of the application form along with self-attested documents, payment receipt (if applicable), DOB proof, caste certificate (if any), educational certificates, mark sheets, experience certificates, passport size photo in a sealed envelope superscribed with the post name to Chief Administrative Officer, IIM Shillong, Umsawli, Shillong 793018, Meghalaya on or before December 12, 2025.
Note: Government employees must apply through proper channel or provide NOC at interview.
