1. Head (Product, Investment Research)
- Qualification: Graduation/ Post Graduation.
Preferred: CA/CFP/CFA/NISM Investment Advisor / NISM 21-A Research Analyst Certificate.
- Experience: Minimum 15 years relevant experience.
2. Zonal Head (Retail)
- Qualification: Graduation.
Preferred: MBA in Banking/Finance/Marketing with CFP/CFA/NISM certifications.
- Experience: Minimum 15 years relevant experience.
3. Regional Head
- Qualification: Graduation.
Preferred: MBA with CFP/CFA/NISM certifications.
- Experience: Minimum 12 years relevant experience.
4. Relationship Manager – Team Lead
- Qualification: Graduation (Preferred: MBA in Banking/Finance/Marketing).
- Certifications: CFP/CFA/NISM Investment Advisor.
- Experience: Minimum 8 years relevant experience.
5. Investment Specialist (IS)
- Qualification: PG Degree/Diploma in Finance, Accountancy, Business Management, Commerce, Economics, Capital Markets, Banking, Insurance, Actuarial Science OR CA/CFA.
- Experience: Minimum 6 years in relevant field.
6. Investment Officer (IO)
- Qualification: PG Degree/Diploma as above OR CA/CFA.
- Experience: Minimum 4 years relevant experience.
7. Project Development Manager (Business)
- Qualification: MBA/PGDM.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience.
8. Central Research Team – Support
- Qualification: Graduate in Commerce/Finance/Economics/Management/Mathematics/Statistics.
Preferred: Postgraduate.
