📚 Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
- B.E. / B.Tech. (IT / Computer Science / Electronics)
- M.Sc. (IT / Computer Science / Electronics)
- MCA
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT or emerging technologies.
- Preference will be given to candidates with teaching or industry experience in:
Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Cyber Security, Cloud Computing, IoT, Blockchain, etc.

💰 Application Fee
- ₹1,000/- (excluding GST), payable online while submitting the application form.

🧾 Job Profile
Empanelled trainers will conduct online or offline training sessions in advanced skill centres across Haryana and Chandigarh.
- Number of batches, batch duration, and trainer count will depend on the centre’s requirements and enrollment.
- Up to two batches may run simultaneously for online sessions.

💵 Remuneration
- The remuneration will be mutually decided between the respective Hartron Advanced Skill Centre (HASC) and the empanelled trainer.
- HARTRON will not be responsible for fixation or disbursement of payment.

⚙️ General Instructions
- Only Indian citizens are eligible to apply.
- Existing HARTRON employees are not eligible.
- All qualifications and experience should be completed before the last date of submission.
- No TA/DA will be provided for attending interviews.
- Candidates must bring original documents and self-attested copies during assessment/interview.
- Meeting minimum qualifications does not guarantee an interview call.
- HARTRON reserves the right to limit the number of candidates shortlisted.
- Empanelment is provisional and valid initially for one year, extendable based on performance.
- Trainers will not gain any claim for regular employment in HARTRON.
- Poor performance or misconduct may result in termination without notice.
- HARTRON reserves the right to cancel or modify the empanelment at any stage.
- Legal jurisdiction lies with District Court Panchkula / Punjab & Haryana High Court, Chandigarh.
