Essential Qualifications:
- The candidate should have passed 10+2.
- Must hold a 1-year diploma in Computer Science, or
- Be SETC Test qualified from HARTRON.
- Should have an English typing speed of at least 40 words per minute.
- Candidates with knowledge of shorthand will be given preference.

- An application fee of Rs. 500 is required, payable online via debit/credit card or Internet Banking.
- Candidates need to upload a scanned copy of their recent photograph (up to 50kb) and signature (up to 50kb) along with a soft copy of their resume (in Doc/Pdf format).
- After successful payment, the application form will be submitted. Candidates must print the form, attach the photograph, and bring it to the test.
- Incorrect or wrong entries filled by candidates will be their responsibility.
- Each successful submission receives a unique Application ID, which will be used for all future communications.
- Candidates are required to affix a passport-size photograph in the printed application form.
- Shortlisted candidates will be notified of the test date, time, and venue via email; thus, a correct email ID is crucial.
- This position is on a contract basis.
- In case of a large number of applications, SPIC reserves the right to shortlist candidates. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the test.
- Candidates already deployed through SPIC will not be considered for any post in other departments.
