The Andhra Pradesh Public Service Commission (APPSC) is inviting applications for the position of Junior Accounts Officer and Senior Accountant under various zones and districts in Andhra Pradesh. There are a total of 11 vacancies available.

- Junior Accounts Officer, Category-II Multi Zone - I: 1 vacancy
- Senior Accountant, Category-III Zone - I: 1 vacancy
- Senior Accountant, Category-III Zone - II: 1 vacancy
- Senior Accountant, Category-III Zone - III: 1 vacancy
- Senior Accountant, Category-III Zone - IV: 1 vacancy
- Junior Accountant, Category-IV District wise: 6 vacancies
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the recruitment, candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce. The age limit for all posts is between 18 to 42 years as of July 1, 2025. Age relaxation is available for SC/ST/BCC candidates (up to 5 years) and PwBD candidates (up to 10 years).
Selection Process
The selection process consists of a Written Examination followed by Document Verification.
Exam Pattern:
- Paper I: General Studies & Mental Ability (150 Questions, Duration: 150 Minutes, Maximum Marks: 150)
- Paper II: Commerce Accountancy, Cost Management Accounting, Statistics, Information Technology and Auditing (150 Questions, Duration: 150 Minutes, Maximum Marks: 150)
Application Fee
The application fee for all candidates is Rs. 250 plus a processing fee of Rs. 80 to be paid online.

How to Apply
The online registration will be made through the Commission’s website psc.ap.gov.in using One Time Profile Registration (OTPR). The steps are as follows:
- Step 1: Candidates must log in to the Commissions Website using their registered OTPR number. If applying for the first time, register bio-data through OTPR at https://psc.ap.gov.in.
- Step 2: Fill out the online application form and upload required documents such as educational certificates, age proof, community certificate (if applicable).
- Step 3: Pay the application fee online and submit the application form by October 29, 2025, up to 11:00 PM.
