Qualifications
Applicants must hold an MD/MS/MMCh or equivalent degree from a recognized institution. The required teaching/research experience varies by the designation:
- Professor: 11-14 years of teaching/research experience.
- Additional Professor: 7-10 years of teaching/research experience.
- Associate Professor: 3-6 years of teaching/research experience.
- Assistant Professor: 0-3 years of teaching/research experience.
Age Limits
The age limits for the respective positions are as follows:
- Not exceeding 58 years (Professor and Additional Professor).
- Up to 50 years (Associate and Assistant Professor).
Age relaxation is applicable as per government rules:
- SC/ST: 5 years
- OBC: 3 years
- PwBD: 10 years
- Government Servants: 5 years
Selection Process
