Qualifications
The educational qualifications vary by post:
- Consultant Homeopathy Doctor, Ayurveda Doctor, Unani Doctor, and Yoga Naturopathy Doctor require BHMS, BAMS, BUMS, and BNYS respectively from a recognized university.
- Therapeutic Assistant requires a Diploma in Nursing Therapist Course approved by the Government of Tamil Nadu.
- Dispenser Homeopathy requires a Diploma in Pharmacy (Homeopathy) or Integrated Govt. of Tamil Nadu Diploma.
- Data Assistant requires Graduation with 1 year experience, Typing: English 30 WPM and Tamil 25 WPM.
- Multipurpose Worker Yoga Naturopathy and Attender Yoga Naturopathy require an 8th Pass, must read and write Matric also.
- ULB-UHN RoTN requires HSSC with a two-year ANM course approved by DPH.
- Accounts Assistant/Assistant cum Accounts Officer requires B.Com/M.Com with adequate computer knowledge and one year experience.
- Assistant cum Data Entry Operator (DEO) requires any Degree with computer knowledge, 1 year experience preferable.
Age Limit
The age limit varies based on the post:
- Consultants: 59 years below for posts 1 to 4; Therapeutic Assistant, Dispenser Homeopathy, Data Assistant, Multipurpose Worker Yoga Naturopathy, and Attender Yoga Naturopathy (posts 5 to 9): 59 years.
- ULB-UHN RoTN, Accounts Assistant, Asst cum DEO: 35 years below for posts 10 to 12.
Age relaxation will be provided as per Government rules for SC/ST/OBC/PwD candidates.
Selection Process
The selection process is based on the merit list that considers educational qualifications and experience. Document verification follows the merit list.
