The National Education Society for Tribal Students (NESTS), under the Ministry of Tribal Affairs, has released a major recruitment notification for Eklavya Model Residential Schools (EMRS).

📌 7,267 vacancies have been announced across teaching and non-teaching posts through the EMRS Staff Selection Exam (ESSE)-2025.

These are residential school jobs – selected candidates will get rent-free accommodation and a special pay of 10% of their basic pay.

🔹 Post-Wise Details (Salary, Age & Qualifications)

1. Principal

Salary: Level 12 (₹78,800 – ₹2,09,200)
Age Limit: ≤ 50 years
Qualification:
- Master’s Degree + B.Ed.
- Experience as Principal/Vice-Principal/PGT (as per notification).
Desirable: Experience in a residential school + proficiency in English, Hindi, and Regional Language.

2. Post Graduate Teachers (PGTs)

Subjects: English, Hindi, Physics, Chemistry, Maths, Biology, History, Geography, Commerce, Economics, Computer Science
Salary: Level 8 (₹47,600 – ₹1,51,100)
Age Limit: ≤ 40 years
Qualification:
- PG Degree (50% marks) in concerned subject.
- B.Ed. (except CS, where M.Sc./MCA/M.Tech may suffice).

3. Trained Graduate Teachers (TGTs)

Subjects: Hindi, English, Maths, Science, Social Studies, Computer Science, Regional Languages
Salary: Level 7 (₹44,900 – ₹1,42,400)
Age Limit: ≤ 35 years
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree (50% marks) in subject(s) + B.Ed.
- Must have qualified CTET Paper-II.

4. Miscellaneous Teachers

Art Teacher – Level 6 (₹35,400 – ₹1,12,400), ≤ 35 yrs, Bachelor’s in Fine Arts/Visual Arts.
Music Teacher – Level 6 (₹35,400 – ₹1,12,400), ≤ 35 yrs, Bachelor’s in Music/Performing Arts.
Physical Education Teacher – Level 6 (₹35,400 – ₹1,12,400), ≤ 35 yrs, B.P.Ed./Degree in Physical Education.
Librarian – Level 7 (₹44,900 – ₹1,42,400), ≤ 35 yrs, Bachelor’s in Library Science/Information Science.
