LIC Housing Finance Ltd (LIC HFL), one of India’s leading housing finance companies, has released its official notification (Apprenticeship Program – 004) inviting applications for 192 Apprentice vacancies.
This recruitment drive is aimed at providing fresh graduates an opportunity to gain industry exposure through apprenticeship training in various LIC HFL offices across the country.

Vacancy & Eligibility Details
- Post Name: Apprentice
- Total Vacancies: 192
- Educational Qualification: Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university.
- Age Limit: 20 to 25 years (as on 1 September 2025).
- Stipend/Pay Scale: Apprentices will receive a monthly stipend of ₹12,000 during the training period.

Selection Process
The selection will be carried out in three stages:
- Entrance Examination conducted by BFSI Sector Skill Council of India.
- Shortlisting of candidates based on exam performance.
- Document Verification and Personal Interview at LIC HFL offices.
