The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has released the notification for Regional Rural Banks (RRBs) – CRP RRBs XIV for 2025. This recruitment drive offers a total of 13,217 vacancies across various positions including Office Assistants (Multipurpose) and Officers (Scale I, II, and III).

Post-Wise Vacancy & Eligibility
1. Office Assistant (Multipurpose):
- Vacancies: 7,972
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Age: 18 to 28 years (as on 01.09.2025)
2. Officer Scale I (Assistant Manager):
- Vacancies: 3,907
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Age: 18 to 30 years
3. Officer Scale II (Specialist Officers):
- Agriculture Officer – 50 posts (Bachelor’s in Agriculture/ Horticulture/ Veterinary/ Forestry/ Agricultural Engineering/ Pisciculture)
- Law Officer – 48 posts (Degree in Law)
- Chartered Accountant – 69 posts (CA qualification)
- IT Officer – 87 posts (Bachelor’s in IT/ Computer Science/ Electronics/ Communication)
- General Banking Officer – 854 posts (Bachelor’s in any discipline)
- Marketing Officer – 15 posts (MBA in Marketing)
- Treasury Manager – 16 posts (CA or MBA in Finance)
- Age: 21 to 32 years
4. Officer Scale III (Senior Manager):
- Vacancies: 199
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with minimum 50% marks and relevant experience preferred
- Age: 21 to 40 years

Selection Process
The selection procedure will involve:
- Preliminary Online Examination (for Office Assistants and Officers Scale I)
- Main Examination / Single Examination (for all posts)
- Interview (for Officers Scale I, II, III only)
The final selection will be based on overall performance in the online test and interview.
