Samagra Shiksha, Chandigarh – Recruitment of Cluster Resource Coordinators (Sept 2025)
The State Project Director-cum-Director School Education, Samagra Shiksha, Chandigarh, has issued an employment notice inviting applications for 05 posts of Cluster Resource Coordinator on a contractual basis. The appointment will be under Samagra Shiksha at a fixed monthly remuneration of ₹48,708/-.
Qualifications
Applicants must fulfill the following criteria:
- Educational: Post-Graduation in any discipline with at least 50% marks along with a B.Ed. degree recognized by NCTE with minimum 50% marks.
- Experience: At least 05 years of service as TGT/Master/Mistress or equivalent/above in recognized educational institutions.
- Computer Skills: Possession of a valid ICT Skills Course certificate (CCC – 80 hours) from a Govt. recognized institution or ISO 9001 certified institution, or DOEACC / NIELIT and its authorized institutions. This must be available at the time of appointment.
Age Limit
The upper age limit is 40 years as on 01.01.2025.
Remuneration
Selected candidates will receive ₹48,708/- per month (fixed).
Selection Criteria
Selection will be made purely on merit based on a written test. The minimum qualifying marks are 40%.
Scheme of Examination
The written test will comprise 150 multiple-choice questions for 150 marks, to be completed in 2 hours 30 minutes. The subject distribution is as follows:
- General Awareness and Reasoning – 10 questions
- Teaching Aptitude – 10 questions
- Arithmetical & Numerical Ability – 10 questions
- English Language and Comprehension – 10 questions
- Hindi & Punjabi Language and Comprehension (5 each) – 10 questions
- Child Development and Pedagogy (Development of Child, Understanding Learning, Teaching Learning Process) – 20 questions
- Perspectives in Education & School Organization (RTE Act 2009, CPCR Act 2005, NCMEI Act, NEP 2020, NCF-2022, NCF-2023, School Organization) – 20 questions
- Teaching Methodology (Curriculum, Planning, Instructional Material, Resources, Evaluation) – 20 questions
- Action Research – 20 questions
- Inclusive Education, Assessment for Learning, and ICT in Education – 20 questions
