The Power Grid Corporation of India Limited (PGCIL) has released Notification No. CC/03/2025 inviting online applications for the posts of Field Engineers and Field Supervisors in Electrical, Civil, and Electronics & Communication disciplines. A total of 1543 vacancies have been announced.

Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Field Engineer (Electrical): BE / B.Tech / B.Sc (Engg.) in Electrical or equivalent discipline.
- Field Engineer (Civil): BE / B.Tech / B.Sc (Engg.) in Civil or equivalent.
- Field Supervisor (Electrical): Full-time Diploma in Electrical or equivalent.
- Field Supervisor (Civil): Full-time Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Field Supervisor (Electronics & Communication/IT): Full-time Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Communication / IT or equivalent.
Age Limit (as on 17 September 2025)
- Maximum Age: 29 years
- Age relaxation as per Government norms.
Pay Scale
- Field Engineer: ₹30,000 – 3% – ₹1,20,000
- Field Supervisor: ₹23,000 – 3% – ₹1,05,000
Selection Process
- Written Test (objective type)
- Screening / Interview (if required for some posts)
- Final Merit List
