Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Engineering Posts: Graduate degree in Engineering in relevant disciplines (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Petroleum, Chemical, Electronics, etc.).
- Chemical Sciences: Postgraduate in Chemistry with Physics/Maths at graduation level.
- Accounts/Audit: Associate Membership of ICAI/ICMAI.
- HR: MBA/PG Degree in HR, PMIR, Labour Welfare or equivalent.
- Legal: LLB degree.
- Geosciences: Postgraduate in Geology/Geophysics.
- IT: BE/B.Tech in Computer Science/IT.
- Company Secretary: Associate Membership of ICSI.
- Public Affairs: Postgraduate in Social Work.
- Confidential Secretary: Graduate with Diploma in Secretarial Practice/Office Management.
- Hindi Officer: Postgraduate in Hindi.
Age Limit (as on 26 September 2025)
- Most Posts: 27 years
- Public Affairs / Geosciences / Chemical: 29 years
- Superintending Engineer / Security Officer: 32 years
- Confidential Secretary: 37 years
- Relaxations apply as per Government rules.
Pay Scale
- Superintending Engineer (Production): ₹80,000 – ₹2,20,000
- Senior Officers (Engineering/Professional Disciplines): ₹60,000 – ₹1,80,000
- Confidential Secretary / Hindi Officer: ₹50,000 – ₹1,60,000
Selection Process
- Computer Based Test (CBT) – Objective type
- Group Discussion / Personal Interview (for shortlisted candidates)
- Final Merit List – Based on CBT + GD/Interview performance
