MHSRB Telangana Recruitment 2025 – 1623 CAS & Medical Officer Vacancies
The Medical Health Services Recruitment Board (MHSRB), Telangana has released Notification No. 04/2025 inviting applications for the posts of Civil Assistant Surgeon Specialists and Medical Officer Specialists. A total of 1623 vacancies have been announced.

- Processing Fee: ₹200/-

Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Civil Assistant Surgeon Specialists: Must hold a Postgraduate Degree / Diploma / DNB in the concerned specialty.
- Medical Officer Specialists: Must hold a Postgraduate Degree / Diploma / DNB in the concerned specialty.
Age Limit (as on 01 July 2025)
- Minimum Age: 18 years
- Maximum Age: 46 years
- Upper age relaxations apply as per Telangana Government rules.
Pay Scale
- Civil Assistant Surgeon Specialists: ₹58,850 – ₹1,37,050
- Medical Officer Specialists: ₹56,500 – ₹1,31,000
Selection Process
The selection will be made based on:
- Written Examination / Merit Evaluation
- Verification of Certificates
- Final Merit List prepared by MHSRB Telangana
