Contract Duration: Initially one year, extendable up to 3 years subject to satisfactory performance.
Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline from a recognized University.
- Skill norms: Dictation (@ 100 words per minute) in English and transcription on computers (@ 50 words per minute).
Age Criteria:
- Stenographers: Minimum age of 25 years.
- Private Secretaries (PS): Minimum age of 28 years.
- Maximum age for retired government personnel: 62 years.
Experience:
- Stenographers: Minimum 3 years of experience as a stenographer with the skill norms mentioned above.
- Private Secretaries (PS): Experience in handling various liaisoning and coordination-related works with reputed offices. Retired individuals with relevant qualifications and experience can also apply.

Remuneration:
- Stenographers: Rs. 45,000 per month.
- Private Secretaries: Rs. 50,000 per month.

Selection Process:
- All eligible candidates will have to appear for a skill test.
- Those who qualify the skill test in English shorthand will be called for an interview.

Important Notes:
- The contractual period can be terminated by the Tribunal without assigning any reason at any time.
- Candidates will not be entitled to HRA, DA, residential accommodation, or any other allowance.
- Limited pro-rata casual leave (8 days per annum) will be allowed.
- Candidates may be required to work beyond regular office hours.
- Absolute integrity and good moral character are required.
- Contract-based employees will have no claim for regularization.
- The Tribunal reserves the right to cancel, modify, or alter the terms and conditions.
