Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification (Post-wise)
- Proof Reader: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
- Copy Holder: 10+2 or equivalent.
- Offset Operator: 10+2 and 2 years National Trade Apprenticeship Certificate in Offset Printing from ITI or equivalent.
- Photo Type Setter Operator: 10+2 with 1-year Diploma/Certificate in Computer Applications/IT, with knowledge of MS Word, PageMaker, Photoshop, CorelDraw.
- Plate Maker Offset: 10+2 and 2 years National Trade Apprenticeship Certificate in Plate Maker Offset from ITI.
- Fly Boy Offset: 10th pass.
- Horticulture Extension Officer: 4-year B.Sc. (Horticulture) Degree or equivalent.
- Laboratory Assistant: 10+2 with Science (Physics, Chemistry, Biology).
- Statistical Assistant: B.Com or B.Sc. (Non-Medical) or B.A. with Economics/Mathematics/Statistics.
- Medical Laboratory Technician (Grade-II): 10+2 in Science and B.Sc. in Medical Laboratory Technology (or equivalent).
Age Limit
- Minimum Age: 18 years
- Maximum Age: 45 years
- Age relaxation is applicable as per Himachal Pradesh Government rules.
Pay Scale (as per post)
- Proof Reader: ₹28,900 – ₹91,600
- Copy Holder: ₹20,200 – ₹64,000
- Offset Operator: ₹35,600 – ₹1,12,800
- Photo Type Setter Operator: ₹35,600 – ₹1,12,800
- Plate Maker Offset: ₹25,600 – ₹81,200
- Fly Boy Offset: ₹20,200 – ₹64,000
- Horticulture Extension Officer: Level-6, Cell-1 (as per HPCS RP Rules 2022)
- Laboratory Assistant: ₹21,300 – ₹67,800
- Statistical Assistant: ₹38,500 – ₹1,22,700
- Medical Laboratory Technician G-II: Fixed trainee emoluments ₹17,820
