- Educational Qualification: Senior Secondary (10+2) or its equivalent and a Diploma in Multipurpose Health Worker (Female) from a recognized institute.
- Age Limit: As per Punjab Government rules.
- Pay Scale: As per Punjab Government pay scales applicable at the time of appointment.
