Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Senior Assistant: Bachelor’s Degree with competitive test as per rules.
- Junior Auditor (Local Audit Wing): B.Com (1st Division) or M.Com (2nd Division).
- Junior Auditor (Treasury & Accounts): B.Com (1st Division) or M.Com (2nd Division).
- District Treasurer: Graduate.
- Treasury Officer: Graduate (preference to Commerce graduates).
- Sub-Divisional Officer (Civil): Graduate in Civil Engineering OR Diploma in Civil Engineering with experience.
- Section Officer (Civil): Diploma in Civil Engineering or higher qualification.
- Section Officer (Electrical): Diploma in Electrical Engineering or higher qualification.
Age Limit (as on 01 January 2025)
- Minimum Age: 18 years
- Maximum Age: 37 years
- Age relaxation applicable for reserved categories as per Punjab Government rules.
Pay Scale
- Senior Assistant / Junior Auditor / Treasury Officer / Section Officer: ₹35,400 (Level-6)
- Sub-Divisional Officer (Civil): ₹47,600 (Level-8)
