SIDBI – Officers Grade A & B Recruitment 2025 (78 Vacancies)
The Small Industries Development Bank of India (SIDBI) has released Notification No. 03/Grade ‘A’ and ‘B’/2025-26 for the recruitment of Assistant Manager Grade A and Manager Grade B positions. A total of 78 vacancies are available, and applications must be submitted online before 11 August 2025.

Vacancy Details
Assistant Manager Grade A – 50 posts
- Qualification: Graduation in Commerce, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, CFA, CA, MBA, or PGDM from a recognized institution.
- Age limit: 21 to 30 years
- Pay scale: ₹44,500 – ₹89,150 per month
Manager Grade B (General) – 26 posts
- Qualification: Graduation or post-graduation in any discipline from a recognized university.
- Age limit: 25 to 33 years
- Pay scale: ₹55,200 – ₹99,750 per month
Selection Process
The selection process will include Phase I and Phase II online examinations followed by an interview. The final merit list will be prepared based on performance in all stages.
