✅ Essential Qualifications
A. Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized University/Institute
- Mandatory ICT Course at entry level (as per Chandigarh Administration instructions dated 25.11.2019)
B. Experience:
- Must be a qualified legal practitioner (Advocate as per Advocates Act, 1961)
- Minimum 2 years of practice as an advocate
