Qualifications & Experience:
- Customer Service Executive / Jr. Customer Service Executive
- Qualifications: Graduate from a recognized university (10+2+3 pattern) for Customer Service Executive, and 10+2 from a recognized board for Jr. Customer Service Executive.
- Experience: Preference given to candidates with Airline/GHA/Cargo/Airline Ticketing experience or Airline Diploma or certified courses like IATA-UFTAA, IATA-FIATA, IATA-DGR, or IATA CARGO.
- Skills: Proficiency in the use of PC, good command over spoken and written English and Hindi.
- Salary: Rs. 23640/- per month for Customer Service Executive and Rs. 20130/- per month for Jr. Customer Service Executive.
- Upper Age Limit: 28 years for General, with age relaxation for OBC (3 years) and SC/ST (5 years) as per government rules.
Selection Procedure:
- Personal/Virtual Interview: For Customer Service Executive / Jr. Customer Service Executive, with the possibility of a Group Discussion depending on the response.
- Note: Outstation candidates are advised to make their own arrangements for lodging and boarding.
